When to use it

• You want it firmer: add fill until it holds you the way you like.
• It has flattened over time: a top-up brings back the full, plump feel.

How to claim it

Email support@moonlitterbox.store with the subject "Perfect Hug Promise" and your order number. That is all.

How to add fill

• Take off the outer cover and unzip the brushed microfiber inner cover.
• Add fill a handful at a time, spreading it along the crescent.
• Zip it back up, fluff it well, and try it for a night before adding more.
