Look up your order

Email support@moonlitterbox.store with your order number and the email you used at checkout, and we will tell you where your order stands. Your order number is in your confirmation email.

Can't find your order number?

Email support@moonlitterbox.store from the address you ordered with, and we will look it up for you.

Good to know

• The Mewvale Moon is on pre-order, so there is a wait. It ships in November (Batch 1).
• If you ordered more than one item, they may ship at different times.
• A tracking number can appear a day or two before your package is collected, so early tracking may show no movement.
• Need to cancel or change your address? Email us before your order ships.
