When will my Mewvale Moon ship?

The Mewvale Moon is on pre-order. It ships in November (Batch 1). Already ordered? Use Find my order or email us with your order number and we will tell you where it stands.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. You can cancel any time before your order ships and you get every cent back. Just email support@moonlitterbox.store with your order number.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Tracked shipping is free on every Mewvale Moon sent within the continental United States. For the UK, Alaska and Hawaii, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping policy for details.

What is the Mewvale Moon filled with?

Vegan down: a soft, high-loft polyester fiber that feels light and cloud-like. It sits inside a brushed microfiber inner cover for extra softness and durability, which is dressed in a removable outer zip cover.

Can I make it softer or firmer?

Yes. The outer cover and the inner liner both zip open, so you can take fill out for a softer pillow or add fill for a firmer one. Your pillow arrives vacuum-packed and deliberately overfilled. Give it a few nights before you change anything, because the fill relaxes and shapes itself to you as you use it.

Is there a break-in period?

A short one. For the first few nights the pillow can feel very full and springy. Hugging, folding and sleeping on it softens the fill, and it settles into a shape that fits you.

How big and heavy is it?

The Mewvale Moon is a 59 inch crescent and weighs about 13 lb. The weight helps it stay where you put it instead of sliding away during the night. It is a large pillow, so plan for it to take up a real share of your bed.

Can I use it while pregnant?

Yes. The crescent shape can sit under your belly, behind your back and between your knees, which is how many people use a pregnancy pillow. It stays useful long after pregnancy too, for side sleeping, reading and lounging. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor about what support is right for you.

Does it come with a cover?

Yes. Every Mewvale Moon comes with a removable zip cover in the colour you choose. Our Lunair cover is 93% eucalyptus-derived TENCEL Lyocell with 7% spandex for stretch: cool, silky and breathable, and it zips off for the washing machine.

How do I wash it?

Take off the outer cover, close its zip fully, and machine wash it cold. No bleach. Tumble dry on low or line dry. Spot clean the inner pillow only. Full steps are on our Cover care page.

What is your return policy?

Every Mewvale Moon has a 90-day money-back guarantee: you have 90 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Sleep on it as much as you like; just send it back with the cover it arrived in. Approved returns come with a prepaid return label, and its actual cost comes off your refund. Every Mewvale Moon also has a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. I typed the wrong address. What now?

Email us as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped, we will tell you whether we can still change it. Once it is being packed or is on its way, changes may not be possible. We ship to the address on your order, so if a package goes to an incorrect, old or incomplete address that you entered, a free replacement is not included. If we confirmed a correction and then did not apply it, that is on us and we will fix it.
