We ship the Mewvale Moon to the United States and the United Kingdom only.

How it works

Enter your UK address at checkout and you will see the full shipping rate before you pay. Every order ships with tracked shipping, and we email your tracking number as soon as it ships.

When it ships

The Mewvale Moon is on pre-order and ships in November (Batch 1). You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.

Other countries

Checkout only offers the countries we ship to. If yours is not there, we cannot ship to it yet. Email support@moonlitterbox.store and we will let you know if that changes.

Returns on UK orders

UK orders have the same 90-day money-back guarantee: 90 days from delivery to return your pillow for a full refund. If it arrives damaged or wrong, we will make it right. See our Return and refund policy.
